Important Notes:

1. The Abstract Submission is closed.The Full Paper Submission System is Closed.
2. Notification of Acceptance of the Paper is December 15-30, 2007.
3. Submission will NOT be reviewed if the paper format does not consist with the IEEE requirements for PDF files.
4. An abstract around 150 words for conference brochure should be submitted in addition to your full paper submission.
5. More detailed instructions to authors will be forwarded upon submission of the abstract or full paper.
